INTERIOR PROJECT LEADER
Scandurra Studio Architettura is looking for an Interior Project Leader with experience in managing complex interior design projects to join the team in the Milan office.
Role Description:
In collaboration with the Founder, the Project Manager, and the design team, the selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and developing interior design projects from concept to construction, in line with the Studio’s identity and artistic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- overall coordination of the project (including architectural and infrastructural aspects) and the project team;
- developing creative concepts and refined design solutions in line with the Studio’s identity and the client’s brief;
- participating in construction phases, including on-site visits and artistic direction;
- producing presentations, moodboards, and materials for clients;
- detailed project scheduling, overseeing timing, budget, and quality;
- checking the quality of technical drawings (preliminary, executive, construction);
- managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and project partners;
- identifying, in agreement with the SSA Board, necessary corrective actions during project development;
- actively contributing to the ongoing research of the Studio on interior architecture topics, across all fields (office, retail, residential, museum, exhibitions, installations, etc.).
Requirements:
- portfolio of completed interior design projects;
- proven experience in independently managing complex projects;
- material sensitivity and ability to work with artisanal suppliers;
- strong aesthetic sensibility, design culture, and attention to detail;
- excellent command of physical and digital representation tools;
- experience in team and resource management, strong interpersonal skills;
- good knowledge of English.
Education:
Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Design, or related fields.
Experience:
Only candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, gained within high-profile architecture studios, will be considered.

3D ARTIST / RENDERER
Scandurra Studio Architettura is looking for a 3D Artist/Renderer to join our team at the Milan office.
Role Description:
Working closely with the Head of Visualization, the selected candidate will support the creation of renderings and 3D models, following the Studio’s artistic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- creation of photorealistic renderings;
- support in the modeling process for the studio’s projects.
Requirements:
- excellent knowledge of 3ds Max and Corona Renderer;
- good knowledge of Rhino and Photoshop;
- strong ability to read AutoCAD drawings;
- excellent visualization and presentation skills;
- strong attention to detail;
- solid skills in graphic content creation;
- good autonomy in task management, time planning, and problem solving;
- strong aesthetic sensibility.
Experience:
Only candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience will be considered.

PROJECT LEADER

Role Description:
Working closely with the Project Manager and the design team, the Project Leader will oversee the architectural design and modeling process, ensuring alignment with the Studio’s artistic vision.
Key Responsibilities:

- deadline management and operational coordination;
- client and stakeholder liaison throughout project phases.
Requirements:
- at least 5 years of experience in the design of complex projects;
- fluent in Italian and English;
- strong knowledge of the architecture market, regulations, and approval processes for urban-scale projects;
- experience in team management and excellent interpersonal skills;
- leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills;
- technical expertise in architectural project components (preliminary analysis, civil works, finishes, structures, envelope design);
- proficiency in design software (Revit, AutoCAD), graphic tools, and 3D modeling.
Education:
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.

ARCHITECT
Scandurra Studio Architettura is looking for an Architect to join our team in Milan/Turin.
Role Description:
The selected candidate will contribute to the architectural design process, ensuring adherence to deadlines and the Studio’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- development of renovation and new construction projects;
- concept design creation;
- preparation of technical drawings and construction details;
- participation in all project phases (preliminary, detailed, and executive design);
- collaboration with clients to develop innovative and functional architectural solutions.
Requirements:
- professional experience in BIM and architectural design;
- strong knowledge of materials, construction systems, and finishes;
- high precision in drafting technical drawings;
- fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English;
- excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills;
- creative thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities;
- independence in task management, time planning, and problem resolution;

Scandurra Studio Architettura is looking for a curricular intern to join our Milan office.
Internship Activities:
- supporting the project team using physical and digital models;
- assisting in various design phases alongside the Project Leader and project team.
Learning Objectives:
The internship aims to provide hands-on experience in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment, focusing on residential and cultural projects. The intern will engage in all project phases, including physical model-making, while collaborating with senior professionals and contributing to internal project reviews and client presentations.
